1940s Shorlon store Model Black Topper Hat.

store Vintage 40s black fur felt topper hat. So chic! Hat has plastic hair comb and elastic strap inside. This was obviously someone's favorite hat, the top of hat shows some wear but it is still fabulous and definitely wearable.
