It should be noted that the arrival month is estimated by the manufacturer/vendor and can, at times, vary based on when it the manufacturer receives it. Having said that, you may rest assured that when a collection is received, we prioritize all PreOrders first, shipping them within 24-48 hours of collection receipt. In other words - we take your PreOrder, eagerness to receive your fabric at the earliest possible moment, and MOST ESPECIALLY your faith in us - very seriously!

***REGARDING WHY PREORDERS NEED TO BE PLACED SEPARATELY (thanks in advance for reading!):***

• Here's the deal, friends: When we PreOrder a collection from our vendor, we're given an estimate month for when that collection will arrive to our shop. The reality is that sometimes things get delayed. So even if our lovely customers don't mind waiting for their PreOrders to arrive for the rest of their items to ship, it can sometimes be months or more of holding those items, keeping them safe, and ensuring that they get to the right people with the right PreOrder.

• On the other hand, what if we ship the in stock items when we receive the order, then wait to ship the store PreOrder when IT arrives? Then we lose the ability to shift the PreOrder listing to our ‘Pending' orders queue, which means we must rely on lists and alternate ways of shipping your PreOrder.
