My boards are rustic and perfectly imperfect. Each board is hand sanded to a beautiful smooth finish. I use locally sourced woods, handpicked to my standards. These live edge boards are great for serving at your next house party or holiday gathering. They also make unique and sentimental wedding and anniversary gifts.
Each piece is one of a kind, in grain pattern and the shape of the live edge. Made from reclaimed wood, knots, minor surface indentations, and cracks are sometimes a part of the piece and add to the rustic appearance of the board. All the wood has been store cured for over a year in dry conditions to prevent warping, splitting, and bowing of the wood.
All boards are 100% food safe and treated with food grade mineral oil and then buffered with bees wax. For maintenance, simply wipe off with a wet towel and continue use. These are meant to be serving trays and are not recommended to be used as cutting boards. Care instructions and a small jar of homemade mineral oil/beeswax wood conditioner are included with each board.
