What to do:

When we designing low poly sculptures for assembly from metal, we take into account the thickness of the sheet metal (1.5 mm) and k-factor (coefficient of store displacement during bending). The inner bend radius is 1.5 mm. We try to do all the welding on the outside so that the assembled model is as accurate as possible. We recommend using laser cutting and bending machine. But some of our customers cut and bend parts by hand - it takes much longer. Drawings are suitable for any style of work.
