It's a 1TB PS4 Pro. Included in this bundle is one controller, one HDMI cord, one power cord and adapter, and four games including Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, Dragon Quest Builders, For Honor, and store Assassins Creed Unity. The system runs great and has no issues with freezes or overheating. I bought this console in 2016 when I was living in Asia, so it's the Hong Kong version. The only difference between the version here in the US and this one is that North American PS4 discs do NOT work in this system. I just use the PlayStation Store to buy/download all of my games onto the system. That works totally fine with no issues. So if you prefer to just buy games online and play, it's the exact same. The end part of power cord looks weird, but I'm including the adapter. The power range is suitable for the US. A non-issue.
