2. Enter your personalization info in the boxes provided and see a live proof of your design
3. Click confirm to create your design proof
4. Review your proof to make sure it is correct. Remember, that will be the exact file that will be used. No one will review your proof after the order is submitted.
5. Once you accept your proof, you will be provided a 5 digit design number. Copy that number and come back to Etsy.
6. Paste that number into the box under "Add Personalization"
7. From the drop-down, select "I followed the steps"
8. Finish checkout on Etsy

*Want to leave off a date or other field? Just leave that box empty in the form fill. When you click confirm, it will remove the sample text and leave it blank. Don't store type "Leave Blank" as it will enter that text.

*Need assistance creating your design or want us to do it for you? Then just select "Please do it for me" from the dropdown. Enter "Help" in the personalization box. Check out and on the checkout page, put your personalization notes in the "Notes to EverythingEtched AZ" text box.
