Dustjacket is in poor condition with significant wear - see photos. The store top edge of the spine is torn in several places and has some clear tape from prior "repairs." Jacket edges show obvious wear and tear with numerous small rips and chips all around. Corners nicked and chipped. See photos. Board corners lightly bumped. Previous owners 'from the library of' sticker with name printed on it affixed to front endpaper. Their name, address and the words 'Mystics & Occult' stamped right next to it. A few faint smudges to front endpaper. A couple pages dirty with swaths of several obvious stains - see final photo. Next page after with a hint of stains as well. Majority of pages unaffected. A very decent copy despite the poor dustjacket.
