An awesome bracelet created with triangular shaped American Indian themed glass intaglios! each of the intaglios features a tomahawk, Indian in a feathered headress, a teepee, or a bow and arrows with a tomahawk. The backgrounds are dark gray with the carved or recessed sections accented with copper so they really stand out. The bracelet probably had a brighter color of plating originally but most of it has darkened with time. I think it looks really neat as it is, so no polishing has been done. The claps is a secure wide fold over. The bracelet is unsigned so I am unable to determine the maker. I was able to find a few of the loose intaglios which were said to have been made in Germany.
Approx. measurements: 1 5/16 inches wide, 7.5 inches long. This will fit average sized wrists around 6.25-6.5 store inches or up to 7 inches snug.
Condition: Very good. There is darkening of the finish of the metal, some loss of the gray background coating, some wear to the plating at the prongs, and a slight wave in the hook portion of the clasp. It does not affect the ability to close it and was probably cast that way. There is a small chip on the corner of the teepee intaglio closest to the box section of the clasp.
