This is a rare Griswold cast iron Dutch oven made after the company was bought out by Wagner Manufacturing in 1957. As you can see in the photos, this is not in great cosmetic condition and has been priced accordingly store. I don't often see cast iron produced with both the Griswold and Wagner name markings so it's rather unfortunate that the condition isn't better. The included is a generic lid that fits perfectly but is not original to to the bottom.
This Dutch oven is completely functional and has been cleaned and seasoned for use in the kitchen. The discoloration is from the seasoning process and will even out and darken with normal use and proper care.
A rare find in less than desirable condition but a rare find nonetheless. The window of time in which cast iron with both companies names were branded on cast iron is quite small is this only one of 3 that I've seen in person.
