Rare and Beautiful Art Deco ring designed by Ostby Barton a highly reputable jewellery company, but perhaps better known for the tragic loss of the company's founder Engelhart Cornelius Ostby on the Titanic.

Due to this sad association the jewellery stamped with the company's trademark is highly collectible.

This particular ring was designed for the Girl store Guides and features the neat geometric design of the Art Deco early 20th century period. The shanks of the ring divide into this fine open metalwork design. The ring is stamped OBSTER.
