This piece has been created using a vintage photograph, tea stained envelope, found papers and acrylic marker on a repurposed book cover.

To make this piece I have torn the cover off of a book and collaged straight onto the fabric/canvas covered board. The colour and the texture of the background are all from the original book cover and as such it has flaws and signs of age. This piece could sit as it is on a desk or mantelpiece, or they could be framed or even hung directly onto the wall with the right fixings.

These items are original, unframed collages, with no fixings, made with care in my home studio in Derbyshire, UK.

Collages are made using a variety of materials and as such a collage can change and develop slightly in appearance over time. I would always recommend displaying original pieces behind glass in a frame and away from direct sun light.

All original works are handmade and some small imperfections may be present.

Colours may vary slightly from the image due to differences in monitors and screens.

I recommend all orders of original art pieces are sent with tracking for your peace of mind.
