My wife used this phone for a bit less than three years until she recently got an iPhone. Both of us are very gentle with our belongings and this phone was used with care. There's no screen crack or any major/noticeable scratches. The phone also works well. We are hoping to find a second home for this phone instead of putting it in an electronic recycle bin.
