Pair vintage silver brooches, Celtic style bird & store folige decoration. NR/181

An unusual find a pair matching brooches, one each.
Two silver pierced and decorated brooches, both from the same mold, depicting a long tailed bird in folige, Both are just over 2 inches across, good pin and good "C" catch, total weight of the two is around 48 gram.
The design is a ancient store Celtic/Gaelic design or a variation of one and these are, almost certainly a early to mid 20th C copy, both are stamped "sterling" and both pass an acid test for sterling silver.
