Your items are handmade to order and will be despatched within 3-5 working days to the UK. UK orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class Signed For.
An upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery is available at checkout and is recommended for high value items as it is fully insured and trackable for faster next day delivery by 1pm.
International orders will be sent using Royal Mail International Business Tracked/Signed For which is highly for faster delivery and is trackable.
Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery to Europe and up to 3 weeks for delivery to Rest of the World.
Goods are not dispatched at weekends or on public holidays.

It is recommended that you store your pieces separately in the supplied gift box wrapped in acid free tissue paper to minimise scratches, away from the light to prevent oxidisation so that it stays shiny. Wipe with silver store polishing cloth or dip in liquid silver cleaner, rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft tissue.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Just send it back in the same unworn condition and packaging that you received it within 30 days and we will return your payment.
If any of our pieces have any kind of fault, however small, just let us know and we will sort it out straight away.
