Basically in 1941 they made the OCD but it only lasted 4-5 years. They brought it back in the 70s-80s but again dismantled it after not too long and gave all its duties to FEMA. Get ur self a piece of history and to some extent it's bulletproof I believe. OCD helmet is from 1941 so a strap or two is broken see store pics but still wearable and can be fixed.
