store measuring 1.25" classic bar pin, alternating pattern of 3mm full round cultured Akoya pearls and 3mm round native cut genuine sapphires, ceylon blue color, set in prongs. jointed pin stem hook style catch. this is in lovely condition, the stones are all well matched. this was a loved piece and well cared for!
