80's Girl - watercolor on store paper, Roepke

store This watercolor portrait looks you straight in the eye. Every detail is meticulously depicted. And it has what always draws me to a piece of art - color. I'm guessing it was painted in the 1980's because of her very '80's look, but it could be newer than that. The frame measures 21 1/2 x 17 1/2, the visible image 11 1/2 x 8 1/2.
