This dress is perfect for any Doggie Diva! The white bodice has an aqua glitter vinyl princess carriage applique. The fabric skirt has rows and rows of aqua/mint ruffles sewn on but you can choose to have it made with pink ruffles. The skirt also has light weight store a tulle underskirt. I can make this dress with or without a d ring but if you want a d ring added please make sure and leave the neck and chest measurements at checkout.
NOTE: Flower on the bow may vary, but it will be white.

Small: Neck 8" - 10" Chest 12" - 14" Length 10".
Medium: Neck 9" - 11" Chest 14" - 16" Length 12".
