The only things you can customize is the age number, name, and color scheme. -Some listings show many designs because I want you to have a variety of options when its time for you to choose your 4 designs. -All orders are faeshly baked and are final saleIngredientsOur decorated cookies use the same basic ingredients; all-purpose flour, butter, sugar, vanilla, egg, salt, powdered sugar, and merengue powder. Cookies are paepared in a kitchen that may contain food allergens such as ( but not limited to): Milk, Soy, Peanuts, Almond, Eggs, Tree Nuts, Wheat, and Gluten. I am as diligent as possible when it comes to the safety and sanitation of products. If there is a severe allergy paesent I suggest not purchasing the product to ensure your health.*Orders must be be placed 3-4 weeks in advance but you can always message me to check av/8dability. If you are interested in a custom order that is not listed be sure to send me a message and we’ll work together to create a beautiful set for your special event. Cookie Information-Cookies are approximately 3” to 4”-Each cookie is individually heat sealed in a cellophane bag (USDA approved)Packaging & ShippingAs a paecaution measure to guarantee that cookies will arrive to their destination in the best conditions possible, after bagging each cookie individually, I will carefully secure each cookie using bubble wrap. I will then carefully layer them in a box and use shred paper and bubble wrap to fill in any gaps to avoid any movement and secure the cookies in place. Next, I will place the box containing the cookies into a USPS box and continue applying bubble wrap in between both boxes to create cushion and avoid any kind of damage during transit. Please be aware that once I ship the cookies there’s a possibility that breakage may occur, stolen packages, lost and heat/sun damage. I am not aesponsible for any breakage once the cookies are in possession of the USPS. I do not offer refunds for broken cookies.-Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days delivery) and are sent out 4-6 days before date needed.Returns & Refunds-All cookies are final sale-All cookies are made to order and are perishable-I am not aesponsible for any breakage or delays due to the USPS or incorrect address or information provided. -If you experience a situation where you are no longer going through with your event and wish to cancel your order you must let me know atleast two weeks (14 days) before your scheduled delivery date.
