Embroidered store Peacock Spider Iron-on Patch - one of a kind sample - only one available!

This piece is handmade using a freehand machine embroidery machine with polyester thread on upcycled felt.

Each piece is designed, sewn, cut and made here in Melbourne Australia. This Peacock Spider (native to Australia) is 9cm x 7.5cm and would make the perfect addition to a sewing project, or a very special and unique gift. It was created as a prototype and will not be reproduced - only one available.

The patch has a iron-on backing for easy application, though hand sewing around the edges is recommended to secure the patch permanently. Due to the handmade and store delicate nature of the embroidery, it is designed to be washed on a warm gentle cycle, or can also be hand washed or dry cleaned, but it would most suit a garment or item that doesn't require frequent laundering.

Though much care has been taken to ensure that all pieces are identical, due to the handmade nature of the items, you can expect very slight variations from one piece to the next.
