This mini clown hat is made from white and black heavy satin that has been put on over a buckram frame that has been also covered in felt- so it's super sturdy and has a perfectly smooth surface. It has gorgeous trim of ruffled black satin with a huge handmade pom pom at the top. It comes on a headband that goes through elastic on the botton so you can slide it into any position on your head. I use only the most comfortable headbands that fit kids or adults comfortably.
This outfit comes with a fluffy collar that ties right on and elasticized cuffs. The collar and cuffs have tiny pom pom details and are made with the utmost care. They are durable and perfect! One size fits kids or adults.
