This is an opaline glass goblet. It is a type of milk glass that uses oxidizing materials to achieve the Milky look. This particular goblet is made of very thick glass. For example, see the bottom. It is also semi translucent and shows the 'ring of fire' as it is called when store light is passed through it. This one was definitely made using a mold.
