I would suggest a person who wears 32 waist would get the best fit. The inseam was 27 inches though that is adjustable based on the shoulder straps. With it set the way it is right now, the length was pretty close for me as a 32 inch inseam wearer. This pair of overalls were different than any my research revealed. There is a flap across the front that has several other pockets that hangs right wear a carpenter or worker would want it. I say that only because I can't see where it detaches so be attentive to the photos.
