It is a natural white topaz ring. The main stone is 7mm*7mm round cut.weight about 1.68 carats.
The basic metal store is sterling silver and plated with rhodium.

To change the metal to a solid gold (white/rose) or platinum is also available, please ask for a quotation if you want.
