If you are new to straight razors, you will need a leather strop for keeping the edge fresh. Stropping should be done every single time you shave. You can find a high quality, American produced, hand-made (and well priced) strop in my shop.

I restore all of my antique straight razors by hand, and they are always hair-popping sharp and ready for shaving. These razors are usually many decades old and have a ton of history behind them. I am very responsive and usually respond to messages within an hour. If you ever have issues with an order, please send me a message. I stand behind my craftsmanship 100% and my biggest goal is to make sure you are satisfied store with your order.

---

Here is a glimpse of my restoration process:
1.) Blade is removed from the handle (scales) and sanded to remove rust and imperfections. (some imperfections will usually remain.)
2.) The scales are replaced or repaired.
3.) Blade is reassembled.
4.) The blade is honed, all the way to a finishing 12,000 grit stone.
5.) The blade is stropped with at least 30 passes.
6.) The blade is finally disinfected and lightly oiled so it arrives clean and ready for shaving!

Disclaimer:
These are antique restorations. As such, there will be imperfections and pitting on almost every blade, and sometimes on the scales (handle). My promise to you is that it will always be free of rust, and shave-ready sharp.

Return Policy:
- I accept returns on products that are 100% unused.
