This is the cutest dress! It is a true house dress from the 60s with a zipper front and it is belted. The trim is a great paisley and floral print. There is also grommet details. One area of trim is loose but can be worn as is because it doesn't show unless you lift it up. See third and fourth photos. Would be an easy fix.
