store 1980's Vintage Maggy London by Jeannene Booher sheath dress with a pencil shape bottom. Modern Shirt-dress/ Sheath dress with shoulder pads and flap opening at back neck with two tortoise shell buttons. Great shape dress, looks unworn and new shape. Shoulder pads could be removed.
