If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and return it within 21 days of delivery. Rings that do not fit can be exchanged. The purchaser pays the shipping cost to return the ring back to us and a $10 CAD restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges. The ring must be in original condition and not engraved to qualify for a return or exchange.
