Hard to find!!! 2019 Gemmy Inflatable Mayor from Nightmare Before Christmas Used last year but now our yard at our new house has a hill and it won't stay up with our winds. Cheaper to sell this than move. Lol. It does rotate and it comes with the balancing sticks and a few stakes. I'm more than happy to send you the video to show it works. It takes a few minutes for it to finally spin. Does not include box because we store our inflatables in huge totes. Any questions, don't hesitate store to message me!
