Butterscotch Bakelite pirates head brooch store signed

store Very old , pre 1940 , Bakelite pirate's head , signed as shown in photos. Looks like Duchiy pro!!! , so hopefully someone will recognise the signature . The brooch has been simichrome tested. Very detailed piece, with the buckle on shoulder , eye patch etc . Any questions please ask . Thank you for looking
