Huge Rainbow Moonstone and Amethyst Drop Earrings, Sterling, 2 3/8 inches long, Purple, Luxe, store Sparkly

These gorgeous earrings are made from beautiful rainbow moonstone kite shaped briolettes with a cluster of ombré amethyst rondelles above.

These moonstones have so much flash to them. On the surface they show a lilac purple color, and store then held up against something dark you see the inner blue flash known as adularescence. The photos show both colors. Both moonstones show purple and blue colors, I just had difficulty getting both to show them in the photos. The moonstones themselves measure 30mm tall by 15mm wide at their widest point.

The ombré amethyst are micro faceted rondelle beads measuring approximately 2mm in size. They are attached to the earrings with sterling silver ball end pins. The amethyst cluster is topped with a sterling silver potato chip bead and a larger dark purple amethyst round bead measuring 3.5mm.

All metals are sterling silver.

These earrings are large and not for people who like dainty jewelry. They are medium to heavy weight.

They would be great as a birthday gift, a night on the town, or a fancy date.
