store Beautiful handmade art journal. The front and back covers are taken from a vintage book, and the spine is handmade from upholstery fabric and artist canvas with freeform machine sewing. There are 5 signatures of artist papers, main size is 6x9 inches. Pages are an assortment of Strathmore mixed media, Canson watercolor, and Tru Ray white construction, with the majority being the Strathmore mixed media paper. 2 pockets are stitched in, which are made from manila file folders and sewn with the machine. Vintage fabric lines the inside covers and the closure is a mustard linen wrap. This journal can be used for many types of media. Because of the soft and flexible spine, there is plenty of room for growth if the artist would like to add items into the book such as other types of papers and/or ephemera.
