Bonne's maps which accompanied his Atlas and later the Atlas Supplement were among the most widely distributed French language maps during the last quarter of the 18th Century.

You have two options with wood prints.
No white ink basically means the background will show more of the natural wood grain and color. It produces a warm look, which reflects the age of the origional map. Printing on wood gives you a unique one-of-a-kind pieces each time since every wood canvas is different.
With white ink however, the artwork does appear brighter and more vibrant.
It depends on what you prefer - looking more like a new piece or art or reflecting the age of the source map.
