Painting description: Mostly oil paint with some acrylic base on gallery stretched canvas with flourishes of gold leaf. A shimmering piece of work that enlivens a room and is a great conversation piece for dinner guests. Painted entirely outside under the sun on long lonely days during the pandemic, I was inspired by the heat store and light as the sun reflected off the gold leaf.
