Up for your consideration is this authentic Pleasant Company American Girl Addy's Metal Plate with a lattice crust Cherry Pie, Two Slices, Two Scoops of Homemade Ice Cream and a Pie Server. This is the First Version (interactive) from her Party Treats Set. The second version has the ice cream scoops attached to the slices of pie, and therefore they don't fit into the metal plate (shown in the last two pictures, not included). Excellent, like new condition. No Box. The collectibility of this item is most related to the fact that in 1998 Pleasant Company was sold to Mattel, Inc. Like anything that is store no longer made or available, the items produced by Pleasant Company rather than Mattel are very sought after by serious collectors, and therefore tend to be a great investment.
