Vintage Trim 'N Glo Lighted Mountain House and Christmas tree. This store is a classic, fun piece and it is in overall nice condition. I see no cracks or chips, small flaws expected for a 40+ year old item, so please expect it will have small imperfections, and look over the pictures closely, the pictures are part of the description. I have shown in one of the pictures some wear on the top of the chimney, and I would say that would be the most notable defect. There are 23 original "light bulbs" for the tree, and 3 "light bright" intended "bulbs" that are similar in shape and color for replacements, and used on the back of the house work well. Per the UL label this was manufactured in 1981. As you can see the light inside the house is working as expected. It has a fairly long cord with a switch for turning on and off. Has original box.
