Frame NOT included. I'm not an expert, but I think the mat board is probably acidic because it has that tanned edge & needs to be replaced. Art taped along top edge to back of mat board when professionally framed. Pre-owned. No visible condition issues with print. Art is taped to mat board. I also have Shakespeare's Birthplace available.
