Antique Chinese Pewter Tea Caddy Etched Birds store Dragon Flowers

store This is an estate sale item. I only know what it is by research. There is no markings of maker or country. The age may be the early 1900s. The etchings are lovely with birds, flowers, and a dragon. 
It is footed. 
It needs some care to restore it to the original glory.
About 7 Inches tall

Some wear with age. Needs cleaning/polishing
