* * * How we get your fingerprint * * *

1. Once you have placed your order, a message with instructions on taking a fingerprint will be sent to you directly through Etsy. All you will need is a pencil, a piece of paper and Sellotape.
2. After you have taken the fingerprint you will need to send an image or scan of the print back to us via our Etsy message conversation.
3. We will then send you a confirmation message to let you know that the impression has been received.
4. The scan or image will be edited and lasered to create the fingerprint jewellery.
5. Your order will be dispatched 4 working days after we receive your useable print.

FAQ:
Can I use an impression I already have?
Yes – If you already have a ink fingerprint that you would like to use, please send it over to us once you have placed your order.
Is my impression good enough?
Every fingerprint impression that we receive is checked by our jewellery maker before it is used to make your jewellery, if we feel that you can get a more detailed impression you will be contacted.

FREE UK Delivery orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery.

UK Customers can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Next Day delivery for £7.50.

International orders are dispatched using the Royal Mails overseas International 1st Class Delivery, delivery is approximately 1 week from dispatch to Europe and 2 weeks for the rest of the world.

We can offer an EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE that goes to the EU, USA and AUS. This service store aims to deliver parcels to locations in the EU and USA in 1-2 days. Parcels going to AUS typically take 2-3 days. Please contact us if you require this delivery service.
