WEAR AND CARE : To ensure that your shoes stay in a good condition, try your best to keep your shoes clean and dirt free. Avoid wearing them on rainy days and stepping in water puddles just in case. Should the need arise for a spot of cleaning, with a damp cloth wipe down the shoe, if the stain doesn't leave contact me. Please note that the sealant that keeps the sprinkles altogether may crack when you walk and shoes bend, this is expected but its better to have a minor crack than no sprinkles right??


IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT :
Just a heads up that we will still keep store despatching all of your orders in time with minor delays in making them. Should you have questions please ask via message prior your order. (Some shoe styles like closed toe flatform and demonia shoes come from abroad )The only change in order to keep us and the general public safe is that we will be despatching orders only once a week now and not daily! So we can limit our public commute to a minimum.
Please bear in mind though, that because of the regulations and lock-downs due to the Covid-19 situation, some post offices and depots might delay processing your orders for a while.
The tracking numbers might take a bit longer to update in the carrier's website due to processing times, and the orders might take an extra few days to be handed to you.  Regarding the accessories and shoes :
Due to the nature of the products being custom and made to order we will NOT be able to cancel your orders and refund you.So if you order make sure that you are not in a rush and you do not mind waiting a bit longer to receive your order.Thank you all for your understanding.
