Vintage Antique Art Nouveau Cast Metal Tiger Bookends. Some type of non magnetic Bronze or Brass type metal that has had an acid bath to achieve the original black finish. They are not painted. They have a thin steel plate affixed to the bottom. Large heavy beautifully intimidating roaring tigers. Stunning statement pieces that display beautifully on their own or can be used as bookends. From the early 20th century, 1920's or so, but also look great with Mid Century Modern as well as a myriad of styles. Great condition. Open to offers.
