• trunk is a steel rod and the base is made from oak
• no finishes whatsoever on this tree which is the only way if you want to be eco friendly
• the tree comes in a box which contains all you need - oak base, branches and steel rod. After opening the box you just have to screw the rod to the base and mount the branches.
• the tree can be easily disassembled when the holidays are over and put back into the box for next year.
