We love our items and want them to arrive safely to you! However, once they have been delivered to the post office, we have no control store over how they are handled. While glassware, chinaware and pottery cannot be insured for breakage, they CAN still be covered for loss in transit. And all other items can be fully insured, usually for a nominal cost of $4 or $5.
