I haven't found anything on the Dilecta Garden ( jardin de Dilecta) so I can only assume it was either on an Italian Lake or on the French Riviera. Difficult to say more about the subject of the design here.
It is a lovely fine work in beautiful sweet & soft colors as often with watercolour.
