This original Matisse and store Renoir brooch is designed in the modernist style and and made of copper with the floral head made of enamel with shimmering metallic copper color showing through them. The piece is in very good condition, no chips in the enamel and the copper has age appropriate patina. the rolling "C" bar closure is in working order. it is marked "Matisse Renoir" on the back and is approximately 4.25" long and 2" wide, a very substantial piece.
