The hand-forged door handles made of solid material not only fit perfectly in the hand, they also look incredibly beautiful.
The handle is decorated with a so-called water twist or water torsion.
I was able to learn this torsion during my modern wanderings in a small forge on the West Coast of Ireland.
And integrate it into my work here in Germany.

To prevent corrosion, the handle was preserved with linseed oil.
This should be repeated regularly.
If the handle is used outdoors, I advise you to paint it.
