Vintage Native American Sterling store Silver and Turquoise Statement Ring

This beautiful vintage sterling silver (unstamped) ring features an interesting asymmetrical design of leaves and designs surrounding two stones (which I believe are turquoise). store The face of the ring measures 1 5/8 inches tall and 3/4 inch wide. The band measures 1/4 inch wide. The ring is size 7. As seen in the photo, the stones have a lot of character and are not perfectly smooth. The top stone is not chipped, rather these are irregularities that are natural to the stone. Please note that the yellowish hue of the silver is just reflections in the photos.
