PIN GRADING

I do not consider cosmetic issues on the sides or backs of pins to be flaws, and will only grade the sides and backs for things like: rough/unpolished metal visible from the front, or extremely loose/bent posts.

Standard grade pins: the best of the batch. Minor flaws may be visible on close inspection or only at certain angles. Flaws store may include, but are not limited to: small scuffs or pinpricks on metal or enamel in inconspicuous areas, and slight over or underfill of translucent enamel. No facial flaws.

Minor flawed pins: similar to standard grade pins, but may have a greater number of small flaws, or have a small flaw in a more visible area. May have slightly unaligned screenprint, but no facial flaws.

Flawed pins: flaws are noticeable at arm's length, eg., larger scratches/marks, or unaligned screenprint on facial areas. May have facial flaws.
