Beautiful silk chiffon border cut from 1920 dress. I have had this piece in my collection for over 10 years. The colors are beautiful and bright. Shades of red, purple, blue, and green on a beige background. The metallic embroidery is at the store top and bottom of piece.It is also reversible.The measurements are 4 1/2 inches wide by 38 inches long.
