Vintage OUR LADY Turning Scroll Viewer with Medal ~ store Unusual and Rare

Vintage plastic OUR LADY scroll viewer. There are two “knobs” on top...turn those and the scroll moves....pictures show some of what you will see. It measures about 5 3/4” x 1 1/8” without store hanging medal. Very nice used vintage condition. I have never seen one of these before. From a Nun's estate.
